Activity history
Termpact records every change to prices, rules, credit limits and holds, invoices and payments, applications, purchase orders, integrations and settings. Open Activity history in the Termpact menu.
What each entry shows
Section titled “What each entry shows”- When: the time in your store’s time zone.
- Who: the staff member, or Termpact for automatic work (for example a nightly check or a migration), Shopify for changes Shopify sent us, or API key for your integrations. People who asked to be forgotten show as Redacted person.
- What: the action and the record it changed.
- Changes: each field that changed, with its old and new value.
Filter
Section titled “Filter”Filter by the kind of record, its ID, the action and a date range. Dates use your store’s time zone, and both ends of the range are included.
Download
Section titled “Download”Owners and admins can download the filtered entries as a CSV file (up to 50,000 entries, newest first). Cells that a spreadsheet could run as a formula are prefixed with an apostrophe.
Entries can’t be edited or deleted.
